Stomach problem

Has anyone had this problem and knows how to fix it?
Every day first thing in the morning my friend gets very loud stomach rumblings as well as the noise the stomach feels very upset. This can happen before or after food is taken. Its not a stomach ache because there's no pain. Its definitely not a bowel problem or an ulcer. Doctors are at a loss. Has anyone experienced this???

Oh yeah i get that al the time especially when I'm lying in bed at night. It doesn't bother me really but it can be quite loud in public! Apparently it's something to do with your stomachs acids playing up or something. It is nothing to worry about. Unforntunately, I know no cure.
