well it's free, exersize at 60% max HR should do it.

fat burners simply do not work effectively. The only one I am aware works is Hydroxycut. It is a herbal equivelant of ephredine, caffein and aspirin.

It works by a process of thermogenics by heating the body from within.

Alas if you don't want a chemical dependency, increased blood pressure, irregular heart beats and a stinking headache I would stringly advise against it.

When I used to box I tried desperately to loose just 7 lbs. I tried all the remedies known without drugs (Army tests!)

Trust me the only way was hard work with sweat and blood. Avoid stimulants at all costs.

Try increasing your natural chromium intake with nuts etc.

I will always evaluate progress after update on every program. It provides better results for me,
