Past Best Before Date Multi Vitamins Tablets, Are They Still Ok To Take?

i just realised these tablets expired in oct 2016, is it ok to keep taking them? i dont suppose they were do me much harm, but will they have lost their effectiveness?

Is it a 'best before' or 'use by' date? Anyway, I would still use them for a few more months if they were mine. I'm not sure we need them though do we?

ff, its an experiment, for a split nail i´ve had for ages, its the finger next to my left pinky. i read somewhere to do 2 things, cut it regularly and take those pills. so will give it a month or two and see what happens.

Another cure is to cut it as advised and rub olive oil into the nail
