Is Buffalo Milk

Classed as dairy ? As in Mozzarella . I think I will go dairy free for a bit and see if that make my digestive system any happier. I do like soya milk, and rice milk, but occasionally I serve mozzarella on a salad.

Point of interest, most mozzarella is now made with cows milk anyway.

Can't see why it wouldn't, it's made of (real) milk.

That stated, supermarkets often put chicken eggs in the dairy food section, so who knows what the rules are.

I think the answer so far as your digestion goes is that is you would need to try it and see or just decide to avoid it on spec.
