4 Year Old.. Has A Rash?

It's not red, and not itchy either.. just like bumpy skin everywhere.. I thought it was something to do with the heat initially.. But it's still there.. any idea what it may be before I ring the doctors?

I'd make the call, has the child a temperature? it could be simply heat rash but trust your own instinct no matter what you read on the internet
