Not sqad but I have had them for almost 20 years now. Setting aside HRT and hormonal remedies, there is stuff called clonidine but the side effects look unpleasant, also antidepressants have been said to give some relief

Personally I have tried all the complementary therapies, which did nothing, and HRT which turned me into a seriously violent witch. What I found works is dressing in layers and in natural fibres, keeping the environment cool, drinking more water and having a good swear.
I did try going sugar free which didn't help, tried going caffeine and alcohol free which didn't help, mind you I am not a huge user of either. Giving up curries and the heating spices didn't help either. I haven't tried the clonidine or anti depressants because I am used to them now and when I was looking for treatment, neither were available. Exercise is said to help but frankly I am not that desperate :)
