All day my head and ear have been having a party.....fizzing...banging....crackling....buzzing....
Bit like trying to get Radio Luxembourg in 1963....driven me bonkers....

A little while ago I gave my head a ferocious shake in frustration and out popped a dried blood encased....thing....
I washed it and lo and behold...there was the grommet I had inserted four years ago this month.....four years ago!
Four years it's taken to surface....and what a tiny little thing it is.....I wonder why I made such a fuss about having it put in.... :-)

When my grommet came out it was attached to my finger after I had an itch in my ear. I`m not sure what happened to the other one.
