Police Access To Nhs Records And Nhs Access To Warrant Information

Do NHS Scotland and 24 know if a patient has an outstanding warrant for there arrest? Do they then inform the police before there arrival for an appointment or when they turn up in hospital.

Do the police ask NHS to look out for wanted people

I am not sure what you mean by 24.
I doubt very much that the police or nhs has the time , resources or systems to do this except perhaps for the most serious cases- perhaps a mass murderer or top terrorist
