I bought some, but haven't tried them yet! They are supposed to be very good as they come from a bush in the Kalahari Desert (or is it a cactus). I tried Zotrim, which was good, but due to the high caffeine it gave me restless legs. Good luck.

Just eat apple skin, it does suppresses the appetite pretty easily.

If you buy the 100% pure hoodia like the super slim 400 they work a treat,The Diet extra pills dont seem to work as faster.I got mine from www.hoodia-dietpills.co.uk


They were uk based and delivered free within a couple of days
