BOOKS: Q9 - who puts slippers for her boyfriend's mammy under the Christmas tree and buys 'sandal-toe' American tan tights for special occasions?

The slippers and tights one I think is Aisling from the book What A Complete Aisling (thanks to Toorak on this). Picture C I think is Stephen P Kiernan.
I need you help with pictures A, D and E please? Thanks...

E looks a bit like the actor Stanley Townsend (was in Zen, among other things)

Hi. Just finished this now - at last! Did anyone come up with any alternative answer for picture gallery C . I have Stephen P Kieran as mentioned before but I’m not entirely convinced it’s him. Thanks
