Hi all, I have suffered from Rosacea on & off for the last 10 years, however recently it is worse than ever and is destroying my self confidence. The skin on my left cheek and my nose is seriously red and it now seems permanent. I can't look people in the eye when I'm talking to them, I'm missing meetings and social events because it's so bad. Is anybody familiar with a possible laser therapy or pulsed light therapy? Could this be of assistance. I am aware of all of the triggers of Rosacea, it doesn't seem to matter what foods I cut out of my diet it makes no difference. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

What about special make-up to cover it.I am not sure where you can get it from but it may help boost your confidence.

hi mats, perhaps ask your gp to refer you to a skin specialist

who may suggest camoulage, i have severe psorriasis on my arms and legs and am due to have this treatment for the first time in a couple of weeks. good luck

I recommended this in another post:

http://shop.avon.com/avonshop/product.asp?pf_id=7960& ;from=search&find_spec=clinical laser

but it works on rosacea too, 10 from avon
