Logic says it you need to commit funding early you go with the ones most likely to have early success combined with the ability to achieve massive production targets. Anything secured from this vaccine producer will be a bonus.

yes disgusting - like Lady Dyed - I cd have sat on my bottom knitting and doing nothing ( besides purling and plaining) AND drawing a mega-whack ( of moolah stupid!)
I imagine they had a "likely to succeed" list or "likely to get there first"

I mean it is an economic decision based on opinion
and if you can do it you make a lodda moolah on the stock market
