Bleeding Behind Tongue

What is the likelihood of bleeding behind the tongue (in the pharynx)being something nasty?
symptoms are: sensitive mouth, cuts to tongue if eating foods like crisps or crusty bread, blood blisters on tongue, routinely clearing throat, food getting stuck in throat (like dry crumbs) and in removing the crumbs bringing up blood. endoscopy was clear but being referred to ENT due to heavy bleeding behind tongue but the scope could not reach the area to investigate.

A possibility of something nasty....a possibility.

I am assuming that you have had blood tests excluding Vitamin levels and they are all normal.

blood tests done a few weeks ago, Have vitamin d deficiency (29nmol)which is being remedied by Vit d3 @ 25000iu twice weekly for 6 weeks and Dr wants to discuss blood test on monday, I suspect Iron may be low as it normally is.

Well Vitamin D deficiency would have nothing to do with your symptoms.
There is a rare condition associated with anaemia with symptoms similar to yours called the Plummer-Vinson Syndrome........Google it.
But the bottom line is a malignant condition MUSTbe excluded.

probably not related but GP phone call today to inform me that my inflammatory markers were high and she was going to refer me to see a rheumatologist.

There may well be a connection between your raised inflammatory markers and your present symptoms.
Why a Rheumatologist i wonder?

Because I went to the doctors originally with the symptoms of occasionally weak arms and legs/feet the throat issue was discussed/ referred afterward.

I first had the symptoms from when I got covid last year and had long covid for months afterwards, I thought the weak arms and legs were part of the post viral fatigue that I have.
