Horrendous Knee Pain

very bad last night - was quietly screaming. started to do exercises on the bed - no good - I am actually waiting on word from doctor etc 3 weeks

however phoned a very good chemist down the road - told him about the knees and leg pain - right away - take paracetamol and ibrufen together 3 times a day for 5 days.

oh if I get relief God bless him. he is in for a very box of chocolates

thanks pasta - I do have some surplus of the separate paracetamol and ibrufen so will use them up first.
