Horror Film Name Still Can't Find This Film Name

Still can't find this film name, Squad are helicoptered in to a trap door leading down to a lab, in each adjoining room is another psychotic event for one of the squad. Woman in charge of the mission is the daughter of the top scientist, in the main lab is a priest trying to contain a doorway to and from hell. Title sounds like Hells Gate or satans doorway. Not the Keep but more like resident evil. Scientist is famous like anthony hopkins or richard burton,
