Ah. I did biceps curl and hammer curl in gym. few day later my left bicep grow a little but my right has no effect but my mom telling me that my right biceps has reduced a little.

yo What The Funicular i wanted to become skinny to muscular.

is this possible? if i do above workout with my right arm only, will it become better?
Please tell me i am new to gym and workouts (first time going to gym in my entire life). give me some tips as a little brother

yeah because muscles really grow after a single work out!
start slowly
dont take drugs
and dont expect things to change over-night

long distance running is better
It will take months of working out 3 or 4 times a week to see a difference
Muscles *do* grow...temporarily...after a workout. Permanent increase in size takes months as Barry said.
