Is Labour Starting To Abolish Democracy...

I recently split from my fiance, and although at the time thought it was the right thing to do I'm not sure now. He needs some time to think about what he wants and I feel so fed up and can't seem to snap out of it! I wonder if anyone has taken St John's Wort in similar circumstances and if it helped at all?
Ta :-)

I had a similar experience a year after splitting from my husband but you should't make any decisions while you feel like this as you;re not in your usual state of mind. I took st johns wart and found it really helped but i also found finding something to concentrate on too like excercising helped. I now know that there is no way that i made the wrong decision regarding husband. Also it will take some getting used to your whole life has changed and you will need time to adjust but if you felt it was right at the time when you were there then there is no reason why it could be wrong now. Regarding st johns wart though i woulde definately recommend. good luck xx
