Smow Poached Eggs

Thanks to a tip from Smow, I've done a little experimenting. 

My timings vary a little, first I tried 4 mins but found the them a little under, 4.15 came next, which I thought was almost there, so 4.30 seemed to be the answer for me. Of course this might all depend on the size of eggs used. Thanks to Smow though, I'll admit the eggs certainly 'looked' better every time.

I should add this was also a no vinegar test as well.
