I'm assuming DDIL is attempting to prove a point and will say the bloke in the picture is about 14 - but it's irrelevant anyway.  The person in question couldn't possibly have been 16 when he reached these shores.  In the loony stakes this country gets loonier by the day!

I remember a boy at school who was very advanced physically for his age - Fred W. - he wasn't up to much academically but had a little business going doing catalogue sales to the teachers.

He became a car mechanic, later an instructor at tech college & made money developing properties. Did very well.
