Why? Cold Hand

Why is it that my one hand is cold and my other isnt?

its my right hand thats cold and im ambidextourous which i dont know if that matters. im doing the same thing with both hands (thats typing) so why is one freezing cold and the other ok?

Hi Bymis,

It sounds to me like its a circulation problem...does your hand look bright pink or deathly white ? Either extreme is a problem with your circulation, how long are you typing for - make sure you give your hands a rest inbetween reports etc, and every so often stop and flex both your hands for a time to get the blood flowing.

My right hand is always colder than my left but only when I am at work. Thats the hand I use for my mouse so I blame that.

I have exactly the same thing - my right hand is much colder than my left, in fact my left isnt even cold but my right is freezing! i also type and use a mouse with my right hand - maybe this is the mystery!! strange!
