blood spots

hi,can anybody help,i have recently noticed lots of tiny blood spots appearing on my back and chest,i havent a clue why,i havent been ill or taking any medication,thanks,

It can be a heat rash. Especially if you have been sweating.

If you mean little red raised spots they're blood pimples jannyneve and usually start as a person ages. Mine 1st appeared when was in my 40's:--)

I'm female, fast approaching 44 and getting them too

Oh no I'm 27! and I have a few blood spots :-(
