Hi


Whenever I do press ups I can feel a strain in my bladder- Can anyone tell me if this is usual.

Yes, I think you should press down, press ups would be pointless. (Sorry I couldn't resist that)
Not sure if you're a male or female, if you're a female are you doing modified press-ups? If you're not that might be the answer, generally speaking unless you're a seasoned athlete full press ups can cause a strain on the bladder and stomach muscles. sorry again for my silly joke, its been a long night, no offence meant.
