I usually take multivitamins as a supplement to my diet, as I don't eat that much fruit and veg. I usually purchase them in my local chemist, and have noticed that there is a vast price difference between the health supplement products. As well as multivitamins, such things as evening primrose oil (which I also take), also have large differences in price, depending on the label, or make, on the bottle or box. The question I would like to know is, are they all the same? Are the cheaper ones doing the same job as the more expensive ones? It says on most of them that they give the body around 100% RDA anyway, so does it make sense to buy the cheaper make?
