I jut did a quick Google search and it looks like some animals do.

According to the latest copy of "The Donor", apes have the same four types as humans (O, A, B and AB) It doesn't say if they have the Rhesus factor: if they do, that would make eight groups. Apparently, all dogs have the blood of the same type.

No, they don't vary the same way. There is more compatability between the different groups. According to a animal blood specialist org. dogs have a dozen or so types.
