Over use of the arm, generally through a particular task carried out repetitively...

Similiar in fact to Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI) which most people (who get it) suffer through action from the wrist...
(like incorrect use of keyboard)

I had tennis elbow, when I first started gardening, through constant weeding and using secateurs..
