Can anyone recommend a good cookbook? Not too fancy, with a hundred ingredients! Just simple stuff.

I bought Antony Worral Thompsons GI Diet Cookbook from Pllay.com & the recipes are varied but fairly simple - the intro also gives lots of useful advice. You may find a cheaper copy on ebay
