I have pain when I breath in & out, the pain is only present in my right lung. I have had this pain for four weeks now, I have had no cough. I thought it would pass therefore did not go to my GP. The other day when I was out, my airway started to get tight and it was restricting my breathing. I thought I might have a virus, but I have no cough to confirm that hmm??.
I have made an appointment with my GP for tomorrow.

Has anyone else had symptoms like this before?

You really should go to a Doctor Kozmic. I had pleurisy several years ago and the symptoms were very much as you describe, if so you need anti biotics and bed rest.

My GP says I have a Viral Infection and has put me on antibiotics. She also said if my symptoms get worse and I start to cough up blood to go in straight away. Anyway I would say I'm fine and the meds should work just fine.
hi koz,
i think ward-minters suggestions are likely
to be about right,
sounds very much like a pulled muscle,
other wise the pain would be there constantly not just when you breathe in and out, the feeling in your throat is probably
due to stress because you are worrying,
i expereince this same feeling when i get stressed. its worth a visit to your gp, if only
to put your mind at rest.
