i had a hip replacement in may, and the best advice i can give you is to follow the post op exercises they give you, walk as far as you can, and follow their procedures they give you (pillow between legs to sleep etc.)
how old are you? Hows yyour general health? what are you expecting the hip replacement to do for you?
