What is the best drink to have in the mornings?

What is the best drink to have in the mornings to kick start your metabolism - is it lukewarm water with lemon? I do enjoy my morning cup of tea but was wondering if there was something I could drink before this as part of my health kick?

Green tea is excellent for kickstarting your metabolism in the morning. Add a spoonful of sugar or honey if you dont like the taste of it on its own
I agree with chazza, I have this every morning and you can get different flavours if you wish, once you have had it about three times, you get to like the taste. It is extremely good for you with "restorative benefits" apparently.
You can add some cinnamon to your warm water and lemon (I'm presuming by luke warm you mean boiled then cooling and you're not just getting warm water out the tap?)
I think this helps-it was part of some diet I did in past!
I can't start unless I sit and drink two mugs of piping hot tea - one immediately after the other. Nothing fancy - Tesco's own brand and no sugar.
Hot water with lemon is very good, it clears out your system. I have hot water with a bit of fresh lime juice and honey. Go for it!
I find half a bottle of tequilla sets me up 'just right' for the day ahead...
Forget the drink, eat. Eating a big healthy breakfast kick starts the metabolism better than any drink will.
