What is the best drink to have in the mornings to kick start your metabolism - is it lukewarm water with lemon? I do enjoy my morning cup of tea but was wondering if there was something I could drink before this as part of my health kick?
I agree with chazza, I have this every morning and you can get different flavours if you wish, once you have had it about three times, you get to like the taste. It is extremely good for you with "restorative benefits" apparently.
You can add some cinnamon to your warm water and lemon (I'm presuming by luke warm you mean boiled then cooling and you're not just getting warm water out the tap?)
I think this helps-it was part of some diet I did in past!
