I think I may have wrote to you before about periods....
I have started taking Omega 3,6 and 9 with flaxseed and starflower oil capsules, 10.99 from Holland and Barrett, expenaive but there are 60 capsules so its worth it for 2 months....
Starflower oil is twice as powerful as Evening Primrose oil, which is well-known for its PMS/ menopausal benefits. It made my period regular as they were all over the place, one time my period lasted for a whole year and a half and another time i went for 10 months without... all doctors have told me its just my natural cycle. Anyway, I went to thr health store and bought the capsules for my general we--being but it has made a huge difference already after only taking them for 3weeks!

hi linneylou. symptoms included hot sweats, especially at night, general lethargy, low mood. Only take Menopace capsules which i get from the supermarket, but they do control things. However i am going to see my gp this week, this is my 4th week of flooding and im fed up and feeling ill all the time.
