Pale poo

Is there any significane if your poo is a pale beige rather than a brown colour?

One reason I believe If it is pale it is fresher.

I imagine it is down to what you eat, foods such as beetroot make it go red and so on.

could be a symptom of gluten intolerence (coeliacs disease) Other syptoms are weight loss, bloating and tiredness.

thank for all your replies. It followed a 24 hour sickness bug and ive now heard of a few people that havesame symptoms. Will give it a few days and then re-assess. thank you.
