Well, you can make fun of it bob (LOL) , but I have the CD and book and have to tell you I do find them very good indeed. It changes your approach to food and gives you a sense of going for something that is actually achievable, while also helping you to focus on your goals. I also have relaxation CDs from Paul McKenna, which are excellent. So, mnko I wish you every success! Did you only get the book or also the CD? If you want to chat about this you can also reach me on msn at [email protected]. Best of luck! :o)
I found it a fantastic read but it didn't help me lose weight. It's all about how to change your attitude to food using 4 main steps. Quite psychological in a way. It was really interesting and I don't regret buying it but it didn't 'help' me as such. Shame. Also, I can't listen to the CD that came with it and take it seriously - hypnosis doesn't do it for me!
well im well up for it if it works..we all know we have to stop eating but food is sooooooooooo good..its now fair. my workmate eats like a pig, all day she eats and eats and eats. she is a great cook and brings in lovely dishes for her and i. all very fattening and brilliant but she doesnt put on an ounce...she is a size 8-10, had 3 kids and also drinks plenty...so why dont i look like that??? not fair! she could bloody eat paul mckenna and would stay the same weight!
