For a while now I've developed a twitch. It can be anywhere, my arm, finger, head, leg, even my ears! I cant understand it and the doc said its just spasms. I'm not convinced and am becoming worried its something more sinister! I've even read that it can be a symptom of HIV!

Any ideas?

Have you tried taking B-Complex vitamins? They are excellent to help the nervous system. Hope this helps.

I'll certainly give it a try. Thanks for your advice.
If you are lacking in B vitamins it would help to eat foods that contain a high percentage of this vitamin:

ie. liver, cereals, beans and nuts.
My Mum has a twitch in her eye and in the side of her face which happens when she is tired or stressed. The doctor said there's nothing you can do about it, other than maybe botox injections to freeze the muscles but that is a bit extreme cos it doesn't happen all the time.
