It does take a while for the thyroxine to kick in and they have to make sure you are on the right dosage . They monitered mine every couple of months to make sure the levels were right. I presume your GP has put you on thyroxine ? Once it got into my system I noticed the difference . Hair and nails back to normal ,skin better and huge weight loss with help from a diet from my GP.Much more my normal self and more energy. Please don't despair ..you will feel better and if you don't soon, then go back to your GP. Your levels may not be correct . Once they are you will be monitered once a year to maintain them. Good luck hope you soon feel better.
