Looking for a book i remember from 2004 about Prostrate cancer by, i think, a name similar to Mark Lawford.

Not your book, but there's an excellent one by a doctor named Walsh -- He was the inventor of nerve sparing surgery which greatly increases the patient's chance of having normal urine control and erections after surgery. Gives very detailed explanations of everything and options for treatment.

If you google, be sure you spell prostate correctly -- there's only one R (prostate, not prostRate)
