bActive Pilates Deluxe Kit - Including DVD

Hi
I have purchased the above, including ball, pump, weights, bands and DVD. My Toshiba DVD will not play the DVD as it says its not PAL. My computer will not either, it will only play CD's.
How am I supposed to see how to use this properly if I cannot watch the DVD?
Any ideas??

You have bought the American NTSC version.

Where did you buy it from?

I got it from Woolworths. Would I be right in saying if I got one from Argos it would still not work?

You have surprised me! Woolworths should make it clear that the dvd will not play on standard UK dvd players.

Take it back - see if they sell it in the PAL version for an exchange. If not, insist on a refund.

Anything you buy must be fit for the purpose under the Sale of Goods Act. This obviously isn't.

Have a look at the Argos one - it may be PAL, but if Woolworths haven't got the PAL version, don't hold out much hope.
