you need to create a calorie deficit of 3500 cals to lose 1lb in weight so if you cut down your calorie intake and increase the amount of exercise you do you will start to notice results.
Also i swear by drinking hot water with a slice of lemon first thing every morning, drinking plenty of water and also drink nettle tea. It takes a while to get used to it but it really detoxes your body - Ive lost 4lbs this week btw so it must be working! Hope it works for u!
make smoothies - i have one every morning and find it really fills me up and is really low fat. i make mine with frozen berries, an activia yoghurt and soya milk, tastes really good! just have one when you get hungry instead of a snack and that should get you on ure way! thats what im doing and my boyfriend can see he can see a big difference in just a week but thats also combined with gym (esp running) and healthy meals. losing weight is so boring!!! xx
I went from a 16 to 12 in 3months. no carbs, less food, after 2 weks it falls off. loads of veg. fish is good. some friut has a lot of sugar. good luck!
