I am a very active chap, running, weights etc drink little alcohol but consume an awful lot of fat in my diet. We consume hardly any refined foods and more than meet 5-a-day. My diet could be considered similar to later stage atkins but with extra complex carbs. Is there anything wrong with eating a lot of butter?
I heard recently that butter is better for you than margarine as margarine contains a whole load of rubbish. I do know that eating too much fat can clog up your arteries regardless of how much you exercise etc. How much is a lot?
well, with cooking 1-2 packs a week. Are you sure lots of butter clogs the arteries or is it just a symptom of a very calorific diet in an inactive person?
