Could anyone tell me or give me their opinion on if the slimming aid, Adios, actually works? I had seen it first in Boots a couple of years ago and the price put me off! But after recently seeing adverts on the tv, I was curious to if it works or if it's basically just another gimmick that promises weight loss and doesn't.

Just eat well and carefully.
Do more exercise, go for short brisk walks or swimming.
Gradually over time your weight will come down and you will feel better.
Weight takes a long time to go on, and can take a long time to come off, so dont see it as a quick fix.
I always say, we are all ON a diet, just that some of us are on bad ones.
So dont go ON a diet, just change the way you eat and what you eat for the rest of your life and you will have a GOOD diet and will gradually lose weight.
Stick with it, good luck.

I was looking at the fat content of sandwiches in my local supermarket.
You may think a sandwich is a sandwich and they are all about the same. Not true.
I sometimes buy an indian triple, but noticed the fat content was about 45 Grams of FAT.
Now I look for low fat sandwiches, and can find some that are only 4 or 5 grams of fat.
I was staggered at the difference in the fat content of sandwiches.
Little changes like that and the weight will gradually come off.
