This might sound a bit odd, but if I pinch my nose when I sneeze, I get a pain that runs the length of my arm (always the right arm and it's always the right hand I use to pinch my nose).

Is there any explanation for this??

I can cure that.

Don't do it.
Don't pinch your nose when you sneeze is the best answer that I can come up with!

Or........

See a doctor

Excellent.
I have never understood why people would want to hold their nose while sneezing. Why do you do it...? I think its best to just let it out.

Have you ever tried to sneeze with your eyes open.?
Try it next time you feel one coming on, but you have to make a conscious effort to keep 'em open or your brain closes them.

I PROMISE your eyes will NOT pop out.
lol I still wouldn't risk it!! hehe
