Anyone know where a checklist and basic diagnosis can be found?

Look at the National Autistic Society website or just google it. If this in reference to a young child and schooling also contact the Dfse you can then call them and request any of their publications, as many copies as you like free of charge, get the school involved ASAp. You will have an un hill battle on your hands, I know because I'm speaking from experience but good luck dont give up and pester the life out of everyone in the authorities until you get answers and help and DONT take no for an answer.
