How do these actually work? Do most simply surpress your appetite? Because I only eat dinner anyway, so if they're simply an attempt to make you eat less then they'll be fairly ineffective on me, correct? Are there any people know of that actaully burns the fat itself as opposed to just trying to make you eat less?

there are different medications available either over the counter or on prescription.they differ in action-some are basically fibre in tablet form so you feel full therefore eat less food, others actullay prevent your body absorbing any fat you intake but you have to be on a low fat diet anyway otherwise there are side effects and there are others which suppress the apetite though are less widely used . also even though their not licensed for sale in chemists i have heard of tablets which can be bought that are basically a stimulant so you are more active throughout the day therefore burn off more calories.i know the weightwatchers and slimmers world train of thought is eating (healthy food of course)little and often particularly starting day with breakfast. have you tried this?

they wont burn fat away they wll stop your body absorbing fat, but if you don't stick to the low fat diet not only will your poo absolutely stink you could become incontinent....euwww you have to have a body mass index of 40 or above and they have to be prescribed by your doctor.
