Me and my mate both smoke, I smoke cigs and he smokes roll ups. He keeps telling me that I ought to switch to smoking roll ups as they arent as bad for you as ordinary cigs. He says they dont contain all the chemicals that cigarettes have. Is this true?

No, uraban myth I'm afraid, they are usually unfiltered too so that makes them even worse. Both contain over 500 chemcals, 100 of which would kill you in any quantity. Just give up the filth totally if you you are concerned at what is bad for you.

Thanks Loosehead. I have tried and tried to give up and I can't seem to knock off the last 5 or 6 a day :-(

I will mention this to my mate, maybe we could give each other some support in giving up completely :-)
