Hi!

Does anybody know of a really vibrant permanant red hair dye? I usually use either Schwarzkopf Live or Feria which are really vibrant at first but they fade quite quickly.

Thank you.

redlights are really bright but bright colors do fade very fast not mateer wot type or make
I know that fading is a common problem with red hair colouring, TBH if you want something longer lasting you'll probably have to pay for a professional hair colourist to do it for you.

You could also try using one of the shampoos that are designed for red hair, they may help to prolong the colour.
all reds fade, even ones done in the salon. . Where i work we use a fabulous one called matrix but it will still fade unfortunately, you just have to keep on top of it and colour it regularly.
neesy - the best ever is DIRECTIONS by LA RICHE - cheap and very effective (I use pillarbox red - it's extremely vibrant. You can do it at home too - no need for pricey salons. It's not permanent as you requested but as it's so easy to use, I just top it up once a month at home. Try it and let me know what you think.

Thank you!

I did used to use directions (Rose red) but the shop I bought it from has closed down. Suppose I will have to look around. Matrix looks good (I had a look on the internet). I'll see if I can buy it somewhere.

Thanks again :-)
