Wearing spanx and going to the bathroom...........

Hi all. I recently purchased a pair of spanx 'higher power' pants (the ones that come right up to just below bra line). Anyway, just wondered if anyone has any experience of wearing them (i haven't as yet) and going to the loo. The pants have a open gusset, so in theory you do not have to pull them on and off everytime you need to 'go', but having looked at them it seems like an impossibility! Please let me know of your experiences.

I wore them for a wedding, and as the night wore on and I got more drunk it became harder, but not impossible! I imagine a No2 would be out of the question lol. I told my boyfriend I was wearing crotchless pants, you should have seen his face when he saw what I meant!!
