urine problem

This only seems to happen 1st thing in the morning but my urine smells really strong and horrible. It's only be in the last couple of weeks and is really noticeable. I drink about 3 litres of water a day, if not more. Is there some kind of condition associated with this symptom ?

maybe you have a urine infection, go to the docs and he will probably give you a test

You could try drinking Cranberry Juice.
