Can you relate it to recent food ? Vindaloo last night maybe.

If not, it might be a bug, in which case it might be better to let it take its course. If you're not well enough, you shouldn't go to work.

oh I think we can safely say its a bug - I've been like this since Friday! and not going to work is not an option either - anyone know if flat coke is any good??

the flat coke is good for sickness not the other (sorry, im not even gonna attempt to spell it) lol I always think if it needs to come out then it should. get the bug out of your system, maybe a little tip would be to put your loo roll in the fridge for a while :-) oh and forget work, these things speard like wildfire and thats not fair on your collegues.

If you work in a restaurant or pub I would suggest you have the night off otherwise as unruliejulie says you will give your collegues and customers will get a dose of the tom t1ts
