I can only tell you hows its been for myself and my children at different times and countries....

If I had a long day busy in the garden or walking around theme Parks, waterparks ect... with the boiling heat beating down on the back of our heads- With no hats or little shade and lack of fluids.

That evening and next day I feel terrible as if i've got the flu.
SO- I'd of said Saturday night.
