mrk errrrr i know this doesn't answer your question has she tried the Cambridge diet. As a family member has just lost 4 stone in 3 months. This is a strict diet under the doctor's supervision .And it has worked for him looks a different person.
And with buying items off ebay ie tablets how do you know you are getting the right items and not just dust ?

I would avoid at all costs buying medication of the internet. After checking those you mention, I see tht they are only a herbal supplement, and in my eyes would have no more effect that what you would gain from taking a multi vitamin each day!

If your sister is serious about losing weight, she should approach her GP who could prescribe a number of things that could help, combined with a low calorie diet and exercise.

As the poster above said, diet and exercise is the best way to lose weight. Medication will only help in the short term, and unless eating/lifestyle habbits change there is a strong possibility that any weight that is lost may come back.

Many Jews entered into the horrific nazi death camps. Due to the law of odds, there were many out of the 6 million with thyroid problems, genetic "FAT" genes, lazy fatties and naturally large people. However, EVERYONE came out thin and gaunt.

My point is, the simple equation or burning up more than you eat IS THE ONLY WAY TO LOSE WEIGHT.

I am naturally large and if I didn't do any exercise I would balloon. I have been known to put on at least a stone whilst on holiday. However, although I eat a lot, I eat healthy and do a lot of exercise.

It comes down to self respect. Give your sister some harsh words. Tell her to get off her fat arse and watch the pies and cakes. It really is that simple.

Personally, I always think that anything with "EXTREME" in the title is going to be a waste of time. Add the fact that it's a slimming product, that theory goes double. Bought on the net? Triple it....
Any shark after a quick profit knows the right kind of combination to use to fleece people, and this, unfortunately, has hit the nail on the head for your poor sister, and probably hundreds more who want an easy solution! Take a look at all the ads alongside this question - preying on the desperate. Tell her not to waste her money, time, effort, any more :0)

A lot of the pills you can by on the net will work, purely because they all contain sompe form of amphetamine i.e. which in turn is an appetite surpressant.

Speaking from experience I bought some slimming pills over the internet (slim bombs) every site rants on about how great they are so I bought some!

After about a month of taking them I was craving carbs uncontrolably I'd lost no weight and couldn't stop peeing...basically they didnt work and I'm not the only one to say it.

After that mishap I started the South Beach diet and within just under a week of doing it I've already lost 4lbs. You and eat as much food as you like but its just got to be the right foods and hey presto!

Wish your sister good luck its not easy hope she gets all the support she needs.

Also dont buy the south beach diet book google it and you will get everything you need

why doesn't she try a strict diet and excercise plan. it works for those of us who have will power! there's no magic pill's to make you lose weight, thats just lazy and your messing with your body. if these tablets were genuine she could get them from the doctors with his/her supervision. crikey, what is the world coming to!
