I have been to a meeting tonight which is the latest and most effected method of controlling type 1 diabetes. Dose Adjustment For Normal Eating is what it stands for and has only been going for a year, I was just wondering if anyone has already been on the week course and how they did?

I have done a similar one and it has helped me a lot. I have had type 1 diabetes for 10 years and it's always beed really badly controlled and is much beter now. I say do it. It wont do any harm!
